(1) The meeting of the National Committee shall be held at the date, place and time specified by the Chairman as required.
(2) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members are present, the quorum for the meeting of the National Committee will be considered.
(3) The meeting will be chaired by the chairman of the national committee and in his absence by the senior member among the members present. The opinion of the majority in the meeting will be valid and if the votes are equal, the person presiding over the meeting will give the deciding vote.
(4) Other procedures related to the meeting shall be as determined by the National Committee.
